I have two grown children and last year I became a Nanna to twins.
One of my top priorities as a nanny is to create a stimulating and engaging atmosphere where children can develop their skills and talents. I enjoy organising age-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, educational games, and outdoor adventures, to promote their physical, cognitive, and social development.
Safety is of utmost importance to me. I have a DBS and have an up to date first aid certificate, and I always maintain a vigilant eye on the children under my care. I am skilled at handling emergency situations calmly and responsibly.
In addition to providing excellent care, I strive to build positive and trusting relationships with both children and their parents. I believe open and regular communication is essential, and I am always available to discuss the child's progress, daily routines, and any concerns or questions you may have.
My Experience
My experience, skills, and genuine love for children make me an excellent candidate for this role. I have over 20 years of experience working as a early years educator.Where I have had the privilege of caring for children of various ages, ranging from infants to pre-teens.
I worked at Windham nursery for 14 years and have worked at Darrell(3years) and Lowther(3 years)primary schools.
