About Me

I support new parents to have a calm and enjoyable postnatal experience. I can work with you online or in person to help you create a postnatal plan in pregnancy and after birth I can help lighten the load as you bond with your baby and settle in to your new life. I can provide emotional support and advice on feeding, help with older children, provide healthy snacks and drinks, do light housework, take baby while you sleep or take a shower etc. Every session could look different and it is all about supporting you in the moment. I offer adhoc support and packages which you can find information about on my website. Please contact me for a chat to talk through how I can with with you.

My Experience

I am a breastfeeding mother of two and from my own postnatal experiences I feel equipped to support and understand new parents. I am a trained postnatal doula and am currently training to be an infant feeding coach.

My Qualifications

I have completed my postnatal doula training through Younique and am currently studying to be an infant feeding coach.
