Exceptional childcare in a homely setting

I cannot speak highly enough of Erene and the incredible childcare setting she has created. From the moment we met her, she has been the loveliest, friendliest, and most open person - instantly putting us at ease during what was a very emotional and stressful time for me as a parent leaving my daughter at such a young age.

Erene is not only warm and welcoming, but she is also extremely professional and thorough. Her policies are clear and well-communicated, and she has very high attention to detail, especially when it comes to safeguarding, routines, and all aspects of childcare. That balance of professionalism and genuine kindness is rare, and it has meant the world to us.

My daughter has settled into Erene’s setting beautifully. She absolutely adores Erene and has built such a lovely bond with her and her wonderful family, who are equally kind and caring. My daughter feels a sense of safety and belonging, which has made a huge impact on her development.

Erene has been incredibly patient, flexible, and understanding with my daughter’s needs. The setting itself is full of love, calm, and positive energy - a healthy learning environment filled with a range of engaging, creative, and sensory activities. Since starting with Erene, my daughter has grown in confidence, her vocabulary has come on leaps and bounds, and she’s learned to express herself in ways that amaze me every day.
