I contacted Elizabeth to provide childminding arrangements for my grandson whose behaviour was very challenging. He had in a space of 5 months attended a playgroup, a childminder and a private nursery, all of which asked me to find alternative arrangements. Elizabeth was made aware of his behaviour problems and the reasons and circumstances behind them. She met with us, and as a result was prepared to give him a chance. The care he received was beyond what was expected of a childminder. He required a lot of individual attention and plenty of reassurances, hugs and praise as well as understanding and firmness with boundaries. He flourished during the 4 months he was with Elizabeth, they went to playgroups, outings and softplay where his social skills with other children improved. My grandson became extremely fond of Elizabeth, regretfully my grandson left my care and was returned to his Mother. Thank you Elizabeth for everything. Eln
