Elizabeth has been in our lives for a little over 6 months, and what a wonderful 6 months that has been.

Elizabeth has been flexible, understanding and accommodating to my fluctuating demands for childcare in reflection of our shift patterns and demanding lifestyle, and is always willing to support our daughter and us in any way she can.

Elizabeth has taken on elements of my role as mother, and has nurtured my daughter through some of her key stages of early years development, from weaning, right through to supporting with behaviour to provide consistency and continuity of care. Elizabeth provides safety and security, with a beautiful mix of love, kindness with a splash of appropriate early years education suitable for our daughter.

Elizabeth creates memories with every given opportunity. There are few days when our daughter is not out in the fresh air, exploring national trust sites, visiting the beach, attending soft play, or just meeting with her friends. Socially she has developed into a very independent confident little girl, and for that we give our utmost thanks.

Elizabeth's communication is exceptional. We receive regular updates throughout the day which provides us with a sense of fulfilment and erases some of the natural guilt experiences by working families, knowing that she is having the most amazing time.

Elizabeth's knowledge of health and safety is faultless. Her environment for care is not only safe and practical, it is full of stimulation and encouragement for our daughter to flourish through the fantastic balance of play and education. Elizabeth is self-sustaining and has appropriate facilities in order to provide care for our daughter, and her range of toys and materials for stimulation, and her research into other practical activities is second to none.

We know, hand on our heart being blessed with the opportunity to have Elizabeth care for our daughter has been one of the best experiences for us. Not only does Elizabeth tick all the boxes on a professional standard, she provides so much love and care, which must make our daughter not only feel safe, secure, happy and content, but most of all, I know she feels loved.
