She doesn’t just 'watch' the children; she intentionally guides their development, ensuring they are hitting milestones through play and engagement. We are also so impressed by her commitment to health by growing her own fruit and vegetables in her allotment to provide the children with fresh, nutritious meals.

​What truly sets her apart is how she bridges the gap between her setting and our home. She takes a genuine interest in what we are doing at home and thoughtfully incorporates those interests and themes into her daily activities. Furthermore, she has been an invaluable support to us, offering expert guidance on how to continue that development and learning at home.
