My Requirements
Im returning to work after maternity leave in November, and am looking for a childminder/nanny to be able to share out some of the load between my husband and parents. Due to the fact that I’m self employed as well as employed, it would be helpful to have an extra pair of hands for childcare. As above, I practice attachment and responsive parenting so need someone who will continue to do that. Im also very passionate about car seat safety (rear facing until 5 years) so need to ensure safe car seats can be used and installed - happy to provide our car seats. I will likely be working from home a lot of the time, it would be great to have someone to pick up the older one from school on the days needed.
