About Me

Hi, my name is Milena. I live in Boscombe and I have a 8 years old daughter. We moved to Dorset 2 years ago and was previously in London. I am originally from Poland but lived in Italy for 15 years.
I currently work in a school and are looking to help families that needs occasional babysitting after school hours or some school holidays.

My Experience

I have over 8 years experience working in childcare with children from 3 months to 5 years old. I was a manager of a Montessori nursery in London which provided me with the opportunity to attend Montessori training and gain more knowledge about the Montessori method of teaching.
I have worked as manager in a nursery in Bournemouth who gave me the opportunity to learn more about schema play and how this can support the children's development and plan next steps to continue giving the children the opportunity to learn and discover new ideas.
Currently I work as SEND Teaching assistant in a primary school supporting children who need 1:1. This gives me the opportunity to learn more about SEN and support children in their learning and development.

My Qualifications

Level 3 diploma in childcare.
Montessori apparatus workshop certificate.
Paediatric first aid.
Safeguarding certificate.

My Availability

After 3.30 pm on school days, some weekends and some school holidays.
