About Me
Hello,
I am Megan, a fully qualified and experienced primary school teacher currently working in East Dunbartonshire.
I am offering online and in-person 1-1 tutoring sessions for primary-aged children. I will support your child in any area of literacy and numeracy to help them progress in their learning and reach their potential. I focus on building confidence in learning and increasing engagement so that children come away from the sessions feeling positive about their learning and excited for the next session. My sessions are differentiated as I adapt my teaching to meet the needs of the child I have in front of me, using continuous assessment to target areas for development.
My Experience
I have experience of teaching children across all levels and ages of the Scottish curriculum. I have taught full classes as well as small groups and individuals.I have also worked with children with ASN both in schools and at a summer holiday play scheme. I have worked as a tutor now for almost a year and have taught all ages.
My Qualifications
I have a degree in Primary Education and am fully registered with the General Teaching Council Scotland.
My Availability
