Hi I am Vanessa
I am an OFSTED registered childminder I have diplomas in levels 2 and 3 of childcare as well as the basic childminding training required by OFSTED.I live in the Norton Green Area , I am also part of Stockton Borough Council's accredited childminding network scheme which is linked to Sure Start. I am a member of PACEY. I am married with 2 children of my own and 2 young grandchildren I have been looking after children for 36 years and all my checks have been carried out via OFSTED with a rating of "Good" I have been graded "GOOD" again by OFSTED on their Sept 2015 EYFS Framework . I have always been involved with young children my own grandchildren are 11 and 13 my daughter is also a childminder and I get involved as much as possible when I visit. I understand how important it is for young children to be happy and secure in their environment so that they can enjoy playing and learning at this early age.

I can offer Free 15 Hour places for 2 year old's also Free 30 hours for 3 to 4 year old's

My little boy was with vanessa and neil for around 5 months. They were brilliant with him and i know he really enjoyed going (as soon as i got him out the car he would run straight to the door and run in to the front room to play with everyone). They play games and do nursery rhymes with the children and my little one has learnt some songs and the actions from being there. He also had a daily diary of the stuff he has done and eaten.
Overall
My daughter has been with Vanessa and Neil for around 6 months and I can not fault the service they have provided. You can't get a more caring and helpful service from anywhere/anyone else. After having my child in nursery for 5 months previously i can't believe the difference a home from home setting can be. Really can't thank them both enough! would definitely recommend.

Vanessa has cared for my little boy since he was 9 months old and I never had to worry about him once as I knew he was in the best care. She is kind, caring and cares for all the children as though they were her own. He had a daily diary which was completed every day so I could keep up to date with everything he had eaten, drank and done that day which gives you a huge piece of mind. Vanessa is extremely warm and welcoming and we always felt at home at her home. The children do different activities each day and sing songs and read stories, Isaac knows lots of rhymes and actions.
