My Requirements

We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and reliable nanny/household coordinator to support a mother with autism and her two daughters. One of the daughters is also autistic and attends school, while the younger is 3 years old and fully independent.

This is a full-time role (12:30 PM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday) that requires someone highly organized, nurturing, and capable of managing daily routines, planning activities for the children, and providing support with appointments, school-related tasks, and outings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Childcare & Development
• Plan and engage in educational and interactive activities with the children.
• Encourage independence and organization skills (e.g., helping them tidy their rooms and develop good routines).
• Take the children on outings, playdates, and activities that promote their social and cognitive development.
• Assist with school-related tasks, shopping for the kids, and other child-related responsibilities.
• Household Coordination (No Cleaning Duties)
• Ensure the household runs smoothly and assist with organizing schedules.
• Support the mother by accompanying her to appointments and helping with errands.
• Manage and organize the children’s rooms and help them learn to maintain their own spaces.
• Work alongside existing household staff (a cleaner is employed, so no deep cleaning is required).

Ideal Candidate:
• Has experience working with children, especially autistic children.
• Is highly organized and proactive, able to take initiative.
• Kind, patient, and understanding, with a passion for caregiving.
• Comfortable handling school-related tasks, scheduling, and shopping for the children.
• Holds a valid driver’s license (preferred but not required).
• First-aid certified or willing to obtain certification.

Work Schedule:
• Part-time (12:30 PM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday) (3 days a week can also work)
• Competitive salary based on experience
