My Experience

I am a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator with 7+ years of hands-on childcare experience, working confidently with children from newborn up to early teens.

I spent over four years working in a private nursery, where I was a key worker responsible for planning activities, supporting learning through the EYFS, observing development, managing routines, and building strong relationships with families. I worked across baby, toddler and preschool rooms and have experience supporting children with SEN, speech and language needs, emotional regulation and sensory needs.

Alongside my nursery work, I run my own baby & toddler music, movement and sensory classes (Little Lites), which has given me a wide range of creative play ideas, sensory knowledge and experience supporting parents with weaning, milestones, routines and behaviour.

I also work as a dance assistant at a children’s dance school with ages 4–12+, supporting confidence, behaviour, teamwork, and emotional development in older children.

I have provided babysitting and private childcare for local families for many years, including school runs, homework help, meal prep, bath/bed routines and caring for multiple children at once.

I bring a calm, nurturing and child-led approach to every role and feel confident adapting to different ages, needs and personalities.

My Qualifications

Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education
• 4+ years experience in a private nursery setting
• Safeguarding Level 1
• Paediatric First Aid (re training)
• Enhanced DBS
• Level 3 experience across baby, toddler and preschool rooms
• EYFS planning, observations & development tracking
• SEN support experience
• Food hygiene & healthy meal prep experience
• Behaviour management training (gentle & consistent)

My Availability

Monday–Friday — available full-time
I can offer full working days and I’m flexible to fit around a family’s schedule.
I’m also available for additional babysitting, holiday help and occasional overnights.

If caring for a baby or toddler, I am happy to bring them along to my Little Lites music and sensory class on Tuesday mornings at no extra cost.

Available to start as soon as needed.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

Nannying: £14–£16 per hour
Babysitting: £14–£18 per hour
Full days: £80–£100 depending on hours/role
Petrol costs: Only for long-distance trips or agreed outings

My fees reflect my Level 3 qualification, nursery experience, SEN background and strong activity planning skills.
