Hi there! I'm currently offering online tutoring services to students studying:

I'm an English Literature graduate with a 2:1 degree and a firm grasp of all exam boards offered in England, inc. AQA, OCR, Edexcel, and WJEC (Educas). I aim to enhance a student’s apprehension of curriculum English and maximise their chances of achieving higher grades. My approach is to create a safe space where we can work through problems as a team and I can guide the development of skills through close observation and tailored activities, support, and advice.

My Experience
Having studied English for many years, I have a firm grasp on what's being asked of a student academically. I have a surprisingly strong memory of what it was like to study English at school, which elevates my chances of getting through to a student and increasing attainment levels. Aside from an academic focus, I am also interested in the holistic aspect that studying English can provide, and I aim to lead in a manner that is trauma-informed.
I have experience teaching and guiding children in schools, having volunteered between the years 2017 and 2019. It was a fulfilling experience and a student I worked with was awarded for academic progress. I also have experience mentoring students aged 16-19 through an online platform, where I was able to inform and guide their choices regarding further education and university. By the end of the programme, every student I had worked with had a new-found confidence and were excited about the future.

BA (Hons) English Literature (2:1) and A-Level and GCSE qualifications.
