I honestly don’t know where to begin. I met Shahnila through another trusted childminder who was going on maternity leave, and although I was initially anxious—I’m not someone who easily leaves my child with others—she came highly recommended, so I placed my trust in her. I’m so glad I did.
Shahnila is incredibly reliable, and I’ve never once had any concerns about my daughter’s care. As part of our arrangement, Shahnila picks her up from school and looks after her until I return from work. As any working parent knows, the worry about your child never truly goes away—but Shahnila’s openness, transparency, and genuine warmth have given me complete peace of mind.
Sapher, Shahnila’s assistant, is wonderful too. She shares the same kindness and attentiveness, and my daughter adores her. Together, they create such a nurturing, fun, and safe environment—I truly feel like my daughter is in the best hands.
It speaks volumes that they’ve been caring for many of the same children for years—Shahnila and Sapher are like second mums to them. I feel so fortunate to have found such an amazing team, and I can’t thank them enough for the love, support, and security they provide every single day.
