I really love and enjoy being outdoors and teaching children through nature and set outdoor and indoor fun activities. I always listen to what the child has to say and aim to make them feel special, heard, respected and safe.
I truly belive working hand in hand with parents as part of a team, with the premison of parents I can provide photographs and video clips of the fun learning activities we get up too on a day to day basis, making sure you always feel involved and connected.

My Experience
I have 10 years experience working within a early year setting and mothers help, caring and nurturing children from newborn - 10 years old. My roles I have experience in include all aspects of social care and day to day management of the children in my supervision, planning setting learning and development goals and tracking development through observation and assessment.
Understanding and experience of using the EYFS.
Acing as Room leader to provide to make improvements and guidance to all staff and children within my care.
Reporting to parents and seeking work in partnership with them and safeguarding the children and consideration of the child protection issues.
