Setting up activities such as baking, crafting, washing up, and sorting, I prepare your child for life in a fun and creative way! Additionally, I have a great love for nature. Exploring the outdoors with the children in my care, come rain or shine, is my favourite way to foster their appreciation for our earth, learn about bugs, plants, and the seasons changing, and get some exercise.

My Experience
With 6+ years of babysitting experience, I have cared for all kinds of children ages 0-14. I have an up-to-date DBS and have completed first-aid training. Additionally, I have worked in a nursery as an apprentice, working closely with 0-4-year-olds and gaining vital experience that helps me to aid the development of each child. During this time, I worked 1 to 1 with several different children with specific needs (i.e. a child in a cast, children with autism, and diagnosed ADHD.)
Having studied Art and Design in college, I deepened my understanding of personal expression and its importance in development. Art is a form of communication, cultivating vital fine motor skills, emotional intelligence, and creativity in the development of the right side of the brain. I conducted extensive research into the importance of artistry in a child's psychological growth. As well as exploring the theoretical value of art, my studies greatened my crafting abilities and Rolodex of visionary ideas that help me to entertain the colourful minds of children.
