About Me
After my sister gave me my two nephews I realised how much I love being with children. She has a 2 year old and 11 month baby. I look after them on Monday and love every moment of it.
Before this I was actively working within the NHS working with complex patients. I’ve had to work in high pressure environment in which I have made calls that have saved lives. I also worked at Stevenage Academy providing physiotherapy and intermediate match side first aid for football players from the ages of 8-18.
I have to say I am a fitness fanatic and have worked as a self-employed personal trainer for over 7 years. I enjoy cooking healthy meals and baking goodies with no nasties in them. Another one of my passions is music and I can play guitar and piano.
My Experience
Experience in coaching children in football, gymnastics and rehabilitation programmes. I have overseen sport holiday clubs and attentively coached and supported the children in my care.
Experience in teaching well-being classes to children. Focused on mental well-being, exercise, nutrition and resilience. I went into local schools in Hertfordshire and taught 6 weeks programmes for children Year 5.
Experience in looking after my sisters young baby and toddler on a weekly basis.
Experience in looking after my 7 year old sister for multiple days and nights whilst parents are away.
