I am fun, energetic and engaging.
I have previously nannied for various families and babysat over the last 6 years but I’m currently working as a restaurant manager but have been wanting a change in career for a while now due to wanting to do something I enjoy more - and have always enjoyed the childcare work I’ve done. I have a big family which is something very important to me and grew up spending a lot of time on my grandparents farm where my little cousins now live, who I’ve had a big part of bringing up. I am always punctual and reliable. I have always had good communication skills and am able to engage well with all. I have a full UK driving licence. I’m looking for Monday-Friday work but I’m flexible and happy to do weekends and evenings wherever needed.
My Experience
I have babysat for lots of families over the last 6 years, and can get references on request. I’ve babysat for lots of children that struggle with their parents being away and have been the only one that the child (and parents) have been happy and comfortable to care for the child.
I’ve nannied for families while the parents have been away for 1-2 week periods, this would include picking the children up from school, helping with homework, cooking their dinner, getting them ready for bed and up for school ect.
Babysitting and nannying for various families has given me experience with how to adapt to different children and their needs.
My Qualifications
DBS checked.
First aid trained.
All 9 GCSE’s B-A* and AS level in Psychology.
6 years catering experience.
3 years management experience handling a team of around 15 staff.
