About Me
I have many years experience working with children as a primary and SEN teacher and a nanny and a mother myself to two young children. I have a wealth of experience of working with young people in various settings such as schools, at home and in school nurseries.I am a reliable, fun, active, outgoing, patient person, which I feel makes a great person to be around children.
I have my own car, DBS and full clean driving licence.
In my spare time I enjoy going for a run, eating out, cinema and visiting different places.
I have been a SEN teacher for the past six years. However, I am now looking at going back to a caring, child centred role that I previously loved. I can give your family a loyal, dedicated, educated person with a lot of experience.
I am looking for a part time nanny post.
My Experience
I worked in a nursery May 2010-Sept2011 where I was a 'Key worker' for 5 children and worked with babies 5 months upwards to 4 year olds.
I also worked in a local nursery from May 2012 until Sept 2012 (Summer vacation from second year of university).
I have coached primary school children after school tennis in 2008 which I enjoyed working with children of all abilities as young as 5 to 11. coaching basic hitting the ball and physical movements..
Picking a 1 year old up from nursery and looking after her for a couple of hours (Reference available) .
After school nannying position for a family of 3 children one day a week ( Nov 2011- Sept 2012 Mondays and ad hoc babysitting, holiday work , reference available)
I have worked with a family caring for 2 children from the ages of 4 to 9 years old part time. This involves making tea, seeing to their bedtime, support with homework and full days in the holidays and babysitting etcz
I have been a primary school teacher for eleven years with years of experience in early years, children with additional needs and 7-9 year olds.
