Special needs child

Ruth has looked after our complex needs (LD and autism) 4yo son for more than a year. Ruth is dependable person, she always came on time, communicated in advance when needed the time off, supported us on short notice when our son got sick or was sent back from nursery. Ruth was very patient with our son who needs support with all aspects of daily tasks. She cared for him at home, took him to nearby playgrounds for a run and ensured he is safe (which is a full-on task on it’s own), fed, changed and entertained. Occasionally she looked after our baby twins when I needed to do a nursery pick ups.
