Hello, my name is Laura, I'm looking for Full-time work starting from April

I am a calm, creative nanny who values child-led care rooted in gentle parenting and Montessori-inspired principles. My Experience

I have over ten years’ experience providing full-time childcare across a wide range of ages in both live-in and live-out roles. My work has included supporting children with additional needs (SEN), caring for siblings, supporting families during the newborn stage, and working within bilingual households.

My responsibilities have covered all aspects of daily childcare; including nursery duties, weaning, toilet training, school drop-offs / pick-ups, and meal preparation. I work collaboratively with parents, schools, and therapists to ensure consistency and continuity of care. I provide age-appropriate, developmentally informed play opportunities while allowing children the freedom to explore their interests, build independence, and feel safe, secure, and supported as they grow.
