Hi,

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry that you had a terrible experience but please remember that I was struggling greatly with your son’s behaviour and the teachers at his school shared the same sentiments.

I understand that I put you in a difficult spot as I quit quite abruptly, however I was not comfortable being around a parent that is physically and verbally violent towards their child and put their child in danger with drug paraphernalia in their home. I can also understand why pointing this out can be considered as “personal”, but I couldn’t go against my values and boundaries as a childcare provider.

I hope after a whole year of reflection, you’ve moved on striving to become a good mum!
