My Experience
With over 30 years of experience in education, I have dedicated the majority of my career to leadership roles within Early Years settings, where I’ve had the privilege of shaping high-quality learning environments and supporting young children’s development. In addition to my managerial background, I’ve also worked as a Learning Support Assistant in primary schools, collaborating closely with a range of specialist SEN agencies to support children with diverse needs. My qualifications include an International Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy and a BA (Hons) in Professional Practice in Early Years, both of which underpin my reflective, child-centred approach and my commitment to fostering confident, capable, and curious learners.

My Availability
I offer care from 8:30am to 4:30pm. However, I am happy to discuss flexibility options where possible to support individual family needs.

Our child started with Leah at the age of 2 in September 2025, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better start. The amount he has learned and grown in such a short space of time has been amazing to see — from his confidence and communication to his social skills and independence. Leah is kind, patient, and incredibly nurturing, and it’s so clear how much she genuinely cares for the children she looks after. He is always happy, settled, and excited to go, which gives us complete peace of mind. We love Leah’s approach to exploring the children’s interests. We feel incredibly lucky to have Leah looking after him and would recommend her without hesitation to any parent.

Our little boy has grown and developed in every way since starting with Leah. He absolutely adores her - as do we, she feels like part of our family now. Leah’s knowledge and experience shows in her daily activities and her guidance for us as parents is always very welcomed. We are incredibly grateful for Leah!

Leah looked after our 18 month old son and he absolutely adored her! She was really warm and nurturing and she took her time to get to know him to help him settle.
