My Requirements

We are looking for a wonderful nanny to join our family from April 2026, helping to manage life with 3 lovely girls who will be turning 1, 4 & 6 next Spring when I go back to work. We are a friendly and sociable family that's looking for someone nice and kind to join us. Personality fit with our family is the most important factor, and we hope to find someone who can join us for a long-term role. The hours will be roughly 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs, but there could be some flexibility here. Our eldest is in Year 1 at Henleaze Infant School, and our middle girl goes to a pre-school 2-3 days a week.
Duties include school drop off and pickup, and spending some days with our baby and some days with pre-schooler as well. They love to have local adventures in the park, library, playgroups etc, and we are so lucky to have lots of opportunities on our doorstep in this area to keep them busy and happy.
I anticipate returning to work with 3 kids to be a very busy time, and the ideal candidate would be willing to help with some light child-related household duties where possible such as cooking for the kids, keeping things tdidy, sorting kids laundry, helping with school admin (reading, the odd fancy dress or occasional packed lunch for trip etc). Our expectations here are realistic, as we understand this role will be a busy one already with the main focus being the childcare, but any help we can get to keep things running smoothly at home will be highly appreciated! The role would suit someone warm, capable and organised who enjoys helping a busy household with lots of cuddles from our three wonderful girls.
