My Experience
Although I haven’t worked as a professional nanny before, I’ve got plenty of hands-on experience from both raising my own kids and caring for others. One of my most chaotic (but proudest!) moments? Looking after 8 kids—including my own—for a whole week while my friend was on holiday. I managed school drop-offs, cooking, and even made it to my job on time!
Right now, I work full-time as a care assistant in a day centre for the elderly, where I lead activities like singalongs, quizzes, and crafts—so I’m used to bringing joy, patience, and structure into people’s lives. I’ve also previously worked as a mentor with young children, supporting their development and emotional wellbeing.
I’m now ready to transition into a full-time nanny role—something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. I love creating fun, nurturing routines, planning activities, and helping children learn through play. I’m confident in preparing healthy meals, doing light household tasks, and working closely with parents to make sure your little one is thriving and happy.
