My Requirements

We’re a friendly family looking for a confident, experienced nanny to support our 2-year-old son, who has developmental delays and epilepsy due to a genetic condition. He’s a sweet, happy little boy making steady progress, he thrives on attention, routine, and motivation through play.

Your role will involve engaging him in play, supporting a structured physiotherapy routine (which is clearly prepared and easy to follow), giving lunch, light tidying after him, and settling him for his nap. We mostly work from home and are around if needed.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative when it comes to play ideas and activities to help keep him motivated and engaged. Creativity and energy are very welcome!

We also have a friendly Labrador who may ask for a bit of attention but then settles.

What we’re looking for:
• Previous toddler experience (essential)
• CIW Registered
• Special needs or epilepsy experience (preferred but not required)
• Confident with following a physio routine (essential – full instructions provided)
• Someone proactive with play and developmental activities
• DBS and references required
• Comfortable with dogs
