About Me

Hi I'm Nancy! I'm a warm, reliable and experienced childcare professional with a strong background in early years, SEN support and private nannying. I’m currently looking for live-in nanny opportunities in London or full-time nanny work locally.

I hold a First Class Degree in Childhood Studies and have cared for children aged 10 months to 14 years across nurseries, primary, SEN, and forest schools, and private family homes.

I have worked as a long-term nanny for children aged 1–5, supporting daily routines, planning fun, age-appropriate activities, and building warm relationships with children and their families. I love creating calm, playful environments where children can learn, explore and feel safe. I am confident managing routines independently, promoting emotional regulation and adapting to each child’s unique personality.

My SEN experience includes supporting children with autism, Down syndrome and complex developmental needs, many of whom were working at a younger developmental stage than their peers. I am confident providing intimate and personal care, including nappy changing, feeding routines (including assisting nil-by-mouth support), dressing, toileting, and following individual care plans with calmness, sensitivity and consistency.


Outside of work, I’m someone who loves long walks in parks, spending cosy weekends in cafés with friends, and visiting my boyfriend on his family farm, where I enjoy being around the animals and spending time outdoors. I bring this same grounded, warm and outdoorsy energy into my childcare — encouraging time in nature, gentle routines, and plenty of curiosity and creativity.
