I started looking for a childminder when my son Mason was 20 months old and this would be the first time he had been cared for by anyone else other than myself or his dad, so getting it right was for us, like any parent, very important.

When we first met Tracie we both felt from the off that we had found a diamond. Tracie is a very warm, caring and dedicated lady who is passionate about the care and commitment she gives to every individual child in her home as well as their parents.

Tracie's home is a perfect setting with beautiful spacious play areas inside and out filled with toys, educational activities and crafts for all ages. Mason settled in immediately. The children enjoy lots of varied and fun activities including themed sessions, the gruffalo, winter wonderland and the gingerbread man to name just a few and I know Mason loved watching the reindeer being fed in Lapland at Christmas.

Tracie has many years experience and is extremely open, helpful and supportive of parents. She also keeps parents up to date with their child's day by sending text or pictures of activities which are lovely to see when you are away from your little one. Mason has come on leaps and bounds in the last 5 months since being with Tracie and its very reassuring to see his face light up when I remind him in the morning where he will be that day and then I have to stop him grabbing his coat and heading out at 7am in eager excitement!

Tracie caters for every child's individual needs and level of development, producing a folder for each child so parents can see for themselves the progress made and any 'little budding Picasso' artwork. The amount of work she does in her own time to make the children happy and to keep parents up to date and reassured is testament to her dedication.

I guess I really could go on and on but to sum up, Tracie is a fantastic childminder worth more than 5 stars and I am so grateful I found her and because you are reading this, you have now found her to.
