My Requirements

Hello,
We're looking for a PA/Nanny for 40hrs a week or a Nanny Share.
Term time: 12pm till 8pm
School Holidays: 9am till 8pm.

Both children benefit from a proactive, consistent, and understanding adult who can help them feel safe and regulated.

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting after-school routines, evening transitions, and bedtime.
Implementing calm, consistent strategies to help the children regulate - low demand household.
Offering engaging, sensory-aware play and activities.
Working alongside parents and school/therapists to maintain consistent approaches.
Creating a nurturing environment with firm but gentle boundaries.
Taking to clubs - car provided.
Simple meals for the family.
Household management - washing and light cleaning.
Assisting myself with shopping, day trips etc.
Assisting myself at the Gym and Swimming shadowing.
Occasional dog management.

Myself, I am disabled and will be at home during your hours as an extra set of eyes.

Experience of ASD/ADHD would be a bonus but not essential. Willing to aid in someone's learning and experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience with SEN, neurodiversity or behaviour that challenges (essential).

Someone emotionally resilient, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Confident with dysregulation, sensory needs, and high-energy children.

Able to implement structure, predictability, and gentle boundaries.

A problem-solver who doesn’t take behaviour personally.

Someone who genuinely enjoys helping children grow, feel secure, and succeed.

Experience in childcare, special educational needs, social care, or similar preferred.

Self Employed or Employed Options Available.
