Our names are Chris and Debbie Halliwell. We have been married for 30 years We work together from our detached home in Much Hoole. Debbie has been childminding for 9 years and Chris joined as a registered childminder in 2012 in order to provide a more extensive service to our families.
As we have a male and a female role model we are a position to offer a positive structure to the children's day and have had many positive comments from parents and other people when we are out and about.
We understand that parents want their child to be happy and safe whilst in the care of their child minder and we feel we are able to provide a warm caring environment for them. All my family have current CRB checks. We currently care for 11 children on various days.
We have two children of our own, and currently care for children aged 8 months to 5 years.
When younger Debbie helped in the local school as a parent helper.
Debbie have been graded as GOOD in all areas by Ofsted. Chris has Good in all areas. We have raised two children of our own and have child minded in excess of 16 children.
We use an online digital system which enables us to share the children's daily activities and parents have a permanent reminder of all their child's early days including observations and learning journeys.
