We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Jess as our nanny and childminder. She has been caring for our twins since they were just over one year old, and from the very beginning, the bond she built with them was remarkable. Although English is not our children’s first language, she has an exceptional ability to communicate with them in a way they understand, making them feel safe, heard, and comfortable very quickly.

She engages the children in a wide range of activities that support not just play, but their overall development - emotional, social, and cognitive. From creative play, crafts, music, and dance, to outdoor activities, playgroups, zoos, and structured classes, she ensures their days are enriching, fun, and well balanced. She thoughtfully plans each day around the children’s individual needs, moods, and interests, which has helped them thrive both at home and outside.

Over the past few months, she has also taken on the role of a childminder outside our home, and the children have continued to flourish under her care. What truly sets her apart is her deep understanding of children - she intuitively knows what they need, offers immense patience and warmth, and provides consistent emotional support. Managing twins, each with different needs at different moments, is no small task, yet she does this with calmness, flexibility, and genuine care.

Our children absolutely adore her and are always excited to spend their day with her, which speaks volumes about the safe and loving environment she creates. As working parents, she has been an invaluable support to our family, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better caregiver.

She is, without question, the best caregiver we could have found for our children. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for someone who truly understands both the needs of parents and the emotional and developmental needs of children.
