About Me
I am a registered childminder (registered with the Care Inspectorate) operating in Ladywell, Livingston. I am married, with three children, one son who is at secondary school, another son in primary and our daughter who is 1.
I live in a quiet area with a safe, enclosed back garden for kids to run around in. I do drop offs and pick ups from Harrysmuir primary school and local nurseries.
I can sometimes accommodate school runs to other schools so give me a ring so we can discuss your requirements.
I take minded children to local playgroups and toddler groups. I make the most of the facilities we have here in Livingston - local soft play areas, the large parks,and the library.
My Experience
I have been registered as a childminder since 2007, prior to that I worked in a local playgroup. I have a degree in psychology and a postgraduate in education. My experience is extensive and varied - including working with children with special needs and several years with Beaver Scouts. As I have personal and professional experience with children with special needs, I would be happy to mind a child with additional needs.
My Qualifications
I have a degree in psychology and a postgraduate in educational research.
I have up to date first aid, child protection and food hygeine certificate, among other training. I am committed to continued professional development and my certificates are all avaliable for prospective clients to view.
