About Me
I am a 27 year old female with extensive childcare experience. I have worked in a range of educational settings with a variety of ages - a SEND school with secondary aged children, a residential school for children with autism, a mainstream infant school specifically supporting SEN children and most recently a nursery & pre-school. I hold a BA degree with Honours in Childhood Studies with SEN. I have also worked at a charity that provides short breaks services for children with SEN at weekends and during the holidays, providing activities and taking them on days out. I provide clear and consistent boundaries for the children I work with, whilst ensuring that they feel loved, safe and most importantly, that they can have fun. I love working with children and will always seek to do the absolute best for them and make sure that they feel happy and secure when with me. I have a full UK driving license.
My Experience
Most recently I have been working at a nursery and pre-school, working with young babies right up to pre-school aged children. My previous experience prior to this has been as a 1:1 TA in an infant school supporting children who need that extra bit of help accessing education and navigating friendships. This means that I have a strong working knowledge of how schools work and the current EYFS and KS1 curriculum. It also means I know how to make learning fun and understand how to support young children to develop and be happy.
Prior to this I worked as a secondary TA in a specialist school. This required me to support children with a range of disabilities. My duties included supporting with personal care, administering medications and feeding. I also regularly had to deal with behaviours that challenge, including some that were aggressive, related to their additional need and difficulty communicating verbally.

My Availability
I am available Monday - Friday before school, all day, and after school. I can offer occasional weekend and evening support if required.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
- Nannying from £17.00 per hour (gross)
£17 per hour, but varies depending on number of children and duties, bank holidays or weekends.
