**My Experience**

Over the years, I have gained a wide range of experience working with children, young people, families, and vulnerable adults in a variety of settings.

My career began in education and childcare, where I worked as a Teaching Assistant before qualifying as a teacher. Since then, I have worked in primary schools, special educational needs settings, nurseries, residential care environments, and community-based roles. I have experience supporting children with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), and developmental delays.

I have also worked as a teacher within a specialist school environment, supporting children with complex needs and helping them achieve their individual goals. My experience as a Nursery Manager in London allowed me to lead teams, support families, oversee safeguarding and curriculum planning, and ensure high-quality care and education for young children.

Outside of education, I have worked in adult care and management roles, including managing teams within the hospitality sector. These experiences strengthened my leadership, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, all of which are invaluable when caring for children and supporting families.

Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: my passion for helping others. Whether supporting a child to take their first steps towards independence, helping families navigate challenges, or creating positive learning experiences, I am committed to providing a caring, professional, and nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

Opening Hours

Serenity Heights Daycare is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

I provide a warm, welcoming, and nurturing home-based childcare environment where children can learn, play, and grow throughout the day. My setting offers a balance of child-led play, structured learning opportunities, outdoor experiences, creative activities, and school readiness support tailored to each child's individual stage of development.

I understand that every family has different childcare needs and aim to work closely with parents to provide high-quality care in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

My Fees

• Childminding from £10.00 per hour

Fees & Funding

I aim to provide flexible, high-quality childcare that is accessible to a wide range of families.

My childcare fees start from £10.00 per hour, per child.

I also accept a variety of government-funded childcare schemes, including:

• 15 Hours Funded Childcare for eligible families
• 30 Hours Funded Childcare for eligible working parents
• Funded Childcare for Eligible Children from 9 Months Old
• Two-Year-Old Funding (where eligible)

In addition, I welcome families accessing childcare support through:

• Student Finance Childcare Support
• Childcare Grants and Bursaries for Students
• Other approved childcare funding schemes

I understand that every family's circumstances are different and am happy to discuss funding options and childcare arrangements to find a solution that works for you.
