My partner and I are both professionals. Although we both have family, they are not local and we are in need of a village.
My Requirements
We are a small family of 3 now sharing life with our 1 and half year old Son. Our Nanny will be going on maternity leave soon and we are looking for some help with childcare to enable us to have a meal out once in a while and also for the occasional overnight stay. I am slightly anxious about someone else looking after baby and want to make sure that whoever takes the role is a good fit for us and us for them
