My Experience

I used to work with young babies age 4 to 18 months at Precious Tots Nursery. It is my responsibility to encourage young children to learn and achieve their goals. They must be in a safe environment in order for their social and communication skills to develop. My strong points are managing medicine, handling accident and incident reports, handling borders (making the work of small children look fantastic and captivating), monthly planning, interacting with management and staff, and making observations. Right now, I work at Kindred Wanstead as a Room Leader in the Baby Room. It is my duty to manage the area, communicate with parents in an effective manner, support and uplift my colleagues, plan events, and keep an eye on the development of children. I am incredibly well-organized, adept at room management, and a quick learner. Parents have always given me incredibly positive feedback about how effectively I reassure them and make sure their child is safe and comfortable while they are settling in. The majority of my coworkers depend more on me, but in order to foster excellent teamwork, I've learned to push people to assume greater responsibility. I am now Leading toddler room.

Some weekends i can be busy with family but there’s no harm notifying me 1 week advance so i can plan my weekend ahead.
