About Me

Hello!
My name is Isabella and I live in the centre of Hertford with my fiancé Stephen and our son Arthur (11 months old).

We both work full time from home, and as I have just returned from maternity leave, we are looking for full time childcare for Arthur.

My Requirements

Registered Childminder

We are looking for a calm, caring and safe environment for Arthur. Monday-Friday approximately 8:30am-4:30pm are the hours we require, however there is slight flexibility in order to ensure that Arthur is placed with the right childminder.

Unreliable - cancelled childcare 1 month before.

This childminder cancelled on me via text 1 month before she was due to start full time childcare for my 1 year old son, leaving me in an untenable position with my employer. Please be careful when making commitments with this childminder as there are clearly reliability issues.

I appreciate your frustration but this review is factually incorrect. We did not agree a full time space, nor did we have any contracts or anything in place. It is also closer to 2 months notice. As I mentioned to you, I had to do this due to my own personal circumstances and having to put my own child first, I had even offered to help find you a space elsewhere. Again, I can only apologise that this had to happen and appreciate your frustration but I did really just have to put my family first.
