My Summary

My Experience

I did 8 months of volunteer work at a Special Educational Needs schools, where i worked weekly with a wide age range of children.
I took a Health and Social Care in college where i learnt about children's social development, this allowed me to volunteer at the SEN school. Prior to that i took Child Development in secondary school. I have always had an interest in working alongside children.
Furthermore, i have worked at a range of jobs, this has allowed me to gain experience in managing stressful situations. Some of these include: being a waitress, kitchen porter, cleaner in a nursing home and teaching assistant.
While i was a cleaner, i had many responsibilities which i had to follow while respecting the dignity and privacy of the residents. I made secure, happy relationships with both my colleges and the residents, although they were professional i did build good connections with those around me, and i think this is useful when looking after children too.

My Qualifications

Level Three Extended Diploma Health and Social Care.
Passed all GCSEs: English 6, 7 - Math 4 - Science 5,6.

My Availability

I do have lessons during the week which change time, however they usually stay between a rough time period. I have tried to best match the time i would not have lessons below.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.50 per hour

Bus or taxi fair to and from University to Newcastle Under-Lyme.
