My Requirements

We are a warm and growing family looking for a caring, reliable, and engaging nanny or babysitter to support us with our 15-month-old son, Lionel. With another baby on the way, we’re seeking consistent, daytime help during the week to create a stable and nurturing environment for our toddler.

Schedule:
Ideally, we are looking for someone available 6–9 hours per day, 4–5 days per week. There is some flexibility in the exact schedule, and we are happy to discuss options that work well for both sides.

Responsibilities:

* Engage Lionel in meaningful, age-appropriate play that supports his development and curiosity.
* Read books with him (he absolutely loves them!) and introduce early concepts like shapes, colors, and basic words.
* Communicate with him in English to support early language exposure.
* Ensure a safe, attentive, and nurturing environment at all times.
* Optional: Take him outdoors for fresh air and play—there is a playground just outside our building.

Requirements:

* Experience with toddlers (preferred).
* Fluent in English.
* Warm, patient, and attentive caregiver with a genuine love for children.
* Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
* Optional but a plus: A swimming coach license. We can provide a swimming pool membership and would love someone who feels confident bringing Lionel to baby swim sessions.
