My Experience

I am an experienced and compassionate childcare professional with a strong background in both nursery and nanny roles. I spent five years working in an Ofsted outstanding nursery with children aged 3 months to 5 years, including two years as the Baby Room Leader, where I developed a solid understanding of creating age-appropriate, engaging activities. During this time I also gained valuable experience in both forest school and the nursery kitchen, supporting children’s learning, independence and confidence.

For the past three years, I have worked as a nanny, currently caring for three children. I enjoy planning fun days out and attending toddler groups to help build children’s social skills and confidence. I have a sole charge role experience with a child who has complex health needs, including regular hospital visits and speech and language appointments.
Alongside this I have also been doing respite care weekly.


I have five years experience managing a variety of feeding tubes, including NG, PEG and balloon gastronomy. And in the past supported children with down syndrome and other complex needs. My background has given me a strong understanding of SEN needs, baby-led weaning, and the importance of a gentle, responsive approach. I also support families with light house keeping and day to day home routines.

Alongside my professional experience, being an auntie to three little ones has strengthened my natural warmth, patience and genuine love for childcare.

My Qualifications

- Level Three Early Years Childcare
- Paediatric First Aid certificate/Ofsted approved(refreshing currently)
- Full enhanced DBS check
- Assessed and signed off with feeding tubes and administrating medicine
- Additional online childcare and development courses (listed in my CV)
- Strong childcare references available
- Currently Ofsted registered and happy to maintain registration if the family is willing to fund ongoing costs.

My Availability

Unfortunately, my current role is coming to an end and therefore I will be looking for something new in 2026 around April/May.
Ideally, I am looking for 3 long days a week (mon-fri) or 4 shorter days. But I can be flexible and work around families needs if desired.
Once I have settled into the family I am happy to offer babysitting.
I am also looking to stay within Cambridge/city centre!

My Fees

• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)

Nannying £18-£20 an hour
Both nannying and babysitting rates can vary dependent on the role and hours desired.
