Hi my name is Nicola and i am 22 years old. I’m a fun caring and bubbly young adult who has worked as a teaching assistant for 3+ years.

My Experience

3+ years experience working with children aged 7-10, supporting their individual educational, social and personal development. As an aspiring Teaching Assistant, I have gained a strong knowledge of teaching, learning methods and behaviour management. I am
skilled at encouraging pupils and assisting with learning. I have a proven ability to build great relationships with pupils and encourage children to learn through motivation and positive behaviour reinforcement.

My Qualifications

I am first aid trained as well as having done many training sessions towards SEN and EAL children.
