Filomena is great with kids and is very bubbly and friendly. We spent a few weeks getting our babies used to her and booked her in a month in advance to help us during a difficult period. Unfortunately, she didn’t honour her commitment and only gave us 2 days of notice, which left us without childcare scrambling for the next few weeks. Whatever her reasons we found this very inconsiderate.

Hi Llorne I’m sorry to read this review, as our last conversation ended on a positive and friendly note. As shown in our messages, you decided to cancel those days yourself, and we parted on good terms. You even ask me to come sometimes for ad hoc babysitting. This happened nearly one month ago. To be fair it seems strange that you decided to publish this review today. I always try to be reliable and respectful with the families I work for. However, I chose to end the arrangement because I found it difficult to work under your supervision, as I was often not allowed to carry out my duties independently. Plus I was moving area and working for a couple of hours a day wasn't worthy anymore. I wish you and your family all the best.
