Sweetest kindest person attuned to child needs

My daughter has been with Tracey for many months. As a mother I felt total confidence in Tracey's years of experience in looking after her. Tracey clearly knows what she is doing, she has a calm aura at all times, she is the right person to ask for advices when you feel the need. My daughter grew some confidence in an environment where she felt entertained, safe and free to be who she wants to be. Tracey really respects everyone's needs and is gentle in being accommodating to everyone. She is such a gentle person in her professional approach, I could not thank her enough for her wonderful contribution to my child's upbringing and I recommend her 100%.

Overall a great person to be around!!!!

My daughter has been with Kathleen for many months, she felt like family. Flexible, caring, loving, responsive, available, understanding... my daughter was treated like a princess, her birthday was celebrated, her needs respected and supported. My desires as a mum respected and considered. I felt heard when I wanted to talk about my child and equally Kathleen would always send feedbacks every single day with messages and pictures sent along the day!!! My daughter left a busy nursery setting which didn't really have time to dedicate the care and attention that she received with Kathleen. I am particular keen to add that Kathleen has a special calming aura which makes anyone around her feel calm and relaxed. Children can feel her inner peace and enjoy being in her calming environment. It was also very reassuring for me to know that she used to be a nurse and has full knowledge of how to not only address medical emergencies but also how to communicate with fellow medical emergency staff. I have personally witnessed Kathleen working above and beyond to support children and families in need within the community, within this big family she has created around her, knowing many children in the area!! She is a great asset to the community and I give my 100% recommendation to her and any parent who would work with her. On a final note, she has an amazing choice of toys, activities both indoors and outdoors, a pet that children adore, and a great understanding that children learn whilst they play. My daughter who was not always eating well at home, always had a good appetite with Kathleen. I will also say that I would recommend Kathleen over any nursery setting!!!
