3 days per week as parents work opposite shifts. A few hours morning and evening up to 3 days per week. Days required may vary week to week with our rotas but more than a month notice will be given of shifts.Hoping to start introducing this year but start fully next Feb when maternity ends and little boy is about to turn 1 year old.
