Hi, I’m Ella!
I’m 33 and have spent the last 15 years caring for children and have achieved many childcare related qualifications. I live in the lovely village of Hurstpierpoint and am a proud mum to four wonderful children aged 6, 8, 10, and 12. Caring for children has always been a passion of mine, and I’ve been fortunate to turn that passion into a fulfilling career.
I truly enjoy creating a nurturing, safe, and fun environment for children to grow and thrive. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family on days out, getting creative with crafts, and tending to the garden whenever I get the chance.
My Experience
With over 15 years of experience in a variety of childcare settings, I have built a strong foundation in nurturing and supporting children through their early developmental years. My background includes working with children of different ages and needs, allowing me to adapt quickly and respond effectively to each child’s unique personality and stage of growth.
For the past four years, I have been working at a local preschool, where I’ve had the opportunity to deepen my skills and expand my knowledge through hands-on experience and ongoing professional training. During this time, I have completed several relevant qualifications and developed a keen understanding of early years education, child development, and safeguarding practices.
My approach is warm, patient, and child-centered, always aiming to create a positive, engaging, and safe environment for children to thrive

My Availability
Due to my own childcare commitments, I am currently available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 2:30pm. Availability may vary slightly depending on the location of the role. I am happy to discuss flexibility within these hours where possible

My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
My standard rate is £15 per hour. However, I understand that every family’s needs are different, so I’m happy to discuss and negotiate rates based on individual circumstances, location, and hours required. Please feel free to get in touch to talk through your needs
