7 year old boy + 4 year old girl

We need help with the following -

7am - 9am; get the kids up, dressed, teeth brushed, breakfast eaten, shoes and school bags on, and walk across the square into school.

17:30 - 20:30; collected from after school club, snack, into PJs, book and bed.

We’ll have food for breakfast and dinner snacks.
We live very close to the school so everything is very walkable.
