I currently work with children ages (0-3), however when required I work up in the Pre-School room. I currently work 30 hours with 2 days off during the week and free some weekends. As the oldest of 2 brothers and 3 younger sisters I have naturally developed a nurturing and patient approach for children. I am passionate about creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can thrive and feel comfortable. I am also first aid trained for things such as chocking, burns, cuts, and bumps.
My Experience
I have over a year of hands-on experience working in a private nursery, primarily with children aged 0–3. During this time, I supported the daily care routines including feeding, nappy changing, and sleep schedules, while also planning and delivering age-appropriate play and learning activities. I developed strong skills in observing and supporting early development, building secure attachments with young children, and communicating effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure each child’s needs were met. This experience has deepened my understanding of early childhood development and reinforced my commitment to providing a warm, responsive, and nurturing environment.
