About Me

I am a mother of one beautiful 20 month old daughter. My approach to parenting is very much the nurture approach. I am looking to slowly return back to my career as a physical health symptom coach and healer which is something I absolutely love. I have a keen interest in anything holistic and natural and love to help others reach their full potential which is very much demonstrated in how I parent.
