About Me
I live in the southside of Glasgow on the border of East Renfrewshire. Mum of two and through my love of raising my own children decided on a career in childminding as I feel there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the laughter, progress and joy of young children playing and learning in a fun, safe, stimulating environment where they have a voice and a choice. I provide a home away from home setting to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
My Experience
I have 14 years experience of childcare both with younger and after school children. My home has a dedicated playroom, toilet and large secure garden. My service is very much child led with every child having a voice and a choice. We love to be outdoors exploring and learning but enjoy our messy play, arts and crafts, music, singing and dancing and our quiet time reading. The children are involved with all aspects of their care including helping prepare snacks and lunch. We are a fully inclusive service.
My Qualifications
Social Services Children and Young People level 3 and 4
Paediatric First Aid, Infection Prevention and Control, Child Protection Level 2, Duty of Candour, PVG Disclosure.
