About Me

We are a friendly, casual family, originally from New Zealand. We're based near East Finchley station.

We have two boys:
Age 11, into maths, science, coding, manga, and pickleball.
Age 8, into football, fencing, science, maths, painting.

11 is quite independent and manages himself after school. He is allowed to leave school without being collected. He has his own key, and gets himself to and from clubs. He starts secondary school in September.

8 needs collecting from primary school, a 10 min walk from home.

Duties would include helping 8 get a snack, doing a quick bit of homework, and lots of kicking a ball around the garden/park! No driving required.

Also a bit of light laundry (mainly the mid-week uniform wash) and housekeeping (like setting the table), sometimes simple meals for the kids.

During school holidays, the boys usually go to local camps. 8 still needs picking up. If you're up for it, you could also take them out for half a day instead sometimes. For example, to the pool. They love swimming!
